Just back from a lovely few days visiting family and we could not have been happier with the hotel. It was very comfortable and the staff could not have been friendlier. Delicious cooked to order breakfasts, lovely bar and restaurant with a good selection of food and drink. The room was spacious and the bed was soft. We will definitely come back again!

Stayed here on the 12 od December 2024 for work, the rooms were very nice and clean, bar and restaurant were lovely and very reasonable, grounds and hotel were very picturesque but the staff were the best bit, very friendly and accommodating and helpful, can't recommend this hotel enough.

From the moment we checked in, until the moment we left we had a fabulous stay. The staff and service were second to none, nothing was to much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean with a large comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fabulous and well presented and very good value. Very important to us was the hotel is dog friendly and even bought the dogs a sausage breakfast on the morning we checked out. I would throughly recommend a stay at the Coach House and will definitely be returning myself

We have just returned from celebrating our 50th Wedding anniversary, 14 of us in total and 3 well behaved dogs, we could not have chosen a better hotel, massive thanks to all the staff, and a special mention to Alison and Fay who made sure our celebratory dinner was amazing.The rooms are beautiful and accommodated all the family, the food was excellent, including breakfast on our two night stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for families, friends and get togethers, the journey time was well worth it, plenty to see and in the area as well. We will return thank you again to everyone at this fabulous hotel.

My Mum and I stayed here for a few days in August 2024 with my Mum's dog. We had a wonderful welcome from Alice who booked us in and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very thoughtful and worked very hard! Our dog Max was loaned a dog bed and had his own sausage for breakfast every day which he very much appreciated. Our room was great with easy access to the front door so I could take Max for plenty of walks. The restaurant and bar area was nicely decorated and a lovely place to eat and relax. Plenty of parking on site. Free wifi worked well. The location was great in that it was just short car drive to some wonderful beaches. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was perfect, rooms very nice, comfortable and clean. Food exceptional, especially the evening meals. I have a healthy appetite and still struggled. Breakfast was also outstanding. All the staff were very helpful, and our stay couldn't have been better. We are re-booking for later in the year. It absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way.

This is a great hotel, highly recommend.The rooms are great, beds are comfy, and it's quiet at night, so you will get a good night's sleep.The food is excellent as is the breakfast the staff and service is very good.I will definitely return to this hidden gem.

What a lovely hotel. I was visiting locally with a colleague for work and booked here without knowing anything about it. But it's really nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and comfy and there's loads of hot water for showers. The food was great, and felt and tasted like it was cooked to order. It's dog friendly so expect a bit of barking occasionally but also expect to see lots of friendly dogs. We liked it so much we decided to stay another night to avoid the bank holiday traffic on the Friday and got a lovely discount.

The Coach House is a great place to say. Spotlessly clean with a first class breakfast and ample parking. Best of all, the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, who have stayed here twice this year and have really enjoyed both their stays. They find the location is great and love the breakfast choices - especially the Kippers for my Dad. When their car broke down on their arrival, when they stayed a few months ago, everybody was so helpful and kind. The staff even made them a packed lunch on the Sunday, as they had to wait for the break down truck to take them and the car back home to Lincoln and couldn't go out to get anything. My mum finds the rooms very clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable - which is very important for her. And they even have ground floor rooms, which is great for my parents. Both are planning to stay again, when they next visit my Dad's Step Mum, as they've had enjoyable stays and find the staff friendly and so helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and comfortable, and I had a lovely evening meal, picked from a great menu. Will be returning here next time I'm in the area.

Was a surprise birthday present from my cousin. We loved our stay, the food & drinks were excellent, plenty of choice. Lovely staff, accommodation was amazing.. Loved every minute of our stay. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be back🤗🤗

We have visited this hotel on two occasions now with our two dachshund puppies. We all had a lovely time. Great food and fantastic service. The only down side, was when we visited the 2nd time the dog charge had increased by 100% The first visit we were charged £20 for the two dogs. But on the second visit the charge was £40. I'm sorry but I cannot justify this. It was only 3 weeks apart

Had a wonderful stay at The Coach House. Such a warm and friendly welcome from the manager. Beautiful room, delicious food and friendly, helpful staff. Customer service skills excellent. Location was also perfect for visiting either the Broads or Southwold and Walberswick.

Amazing food. Amazing rooms. Amazing location. Absolutely fantastic. I thought dinner and the service there was attentive and generous. The room was so beautifully laid out. It was a stunning visit. Until breakfast. The food was delicious and the buffet had great options. The waitress was a little slow however.

I booked this room for 2 friends -so I can’t rate the room as I didn’t stay but they said it was very nice and extremely clean .. I wanted to review my experience of eating with them there .. Great dog friendly hotel, all clean, staff friendly, food.... On the menu we asked for the lentil, squash, beetroot wellington when we cut into it it was stuffed with mushrooms!!!!! The server said it was wrong on the menu!! Disappointing ☹️
